This modern fully accessible for people with dissabilities indoor stadium “Dyo Aorakia” opened its doors in 2010, and it is located in the Dyo Aorakia area of Heraklion city only a few minutes from the airport and the city center.
It has hosted some of the greatest international sporting and cultural events and has a capacity of 5,200 people. Moreover, the stadium has 2 independent basketball arenas and full-sized training areas that can be used separately.
